Restocking Fees & Free Shipping Deductions

• Standard Restocking Fee: All standard, non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Electrical Components: Due to the sensitive nature of voltage regulation, all electrical parts (including solenoids, switches, sensors, and chargers) are non returnable.

• "Free Shipping" Orders: If you return an item that was originally purchased under our Free Shipping promotion, the actual cost of the outbound freight incurred by us to ship the item to you will be deducted from your final refund amount.
