How do I return an item? RETURN & REFUND POLICY At Forklift Parts World, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality industrial parts to get your fleet back to work. To maintain our competitive pricing and offer our Free Shipping promotions, all returns must strictly adhere to the following guidelines. The original sales receipt must accompany all returns. 7-Day Return Window & Authorization We accept returns for an exchange or refund within 7 calendar days after the delivery of the product. You MUST contact us within this 7-day window if you intend to return ANY item to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. At our sole discretion, for returns accepted after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Condition of Returned Items Refunds are strictly contingent upon the physical inspection of the item(s) once we receive it. Items must be returned in "new, unaltered, and unused condition." This is strictly defined as: • Showing absolutely no signs of wear, installation, diagnostic use, or damage in any way. • Returned within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. • Unless specifically noted in the item's description that it cannot be returned or has a different return time period. Restocking Fees & Free Shipping Deductions • Standard Restocking Fee: All standard, non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. • Electrical Components: Due to the sensitive nature of voltage regulation, all electrical parts (including solenoids, switches, sensors, and chargers) are non returnable. • "Free Shipping" Orders: If you return an item that was originally purchased under our Free Shipping promotion, the actual cost of the outbound freight incurred by us to ship the item to you will be deducted from your final refund amount. Return Shipping Responsibility The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs if the seller is not at fault. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping carrier, as we are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us, or items that you did not order but received from us, will qualify for store credit.
